Thank you so much for changing my life.  I have  struggled with this insecurity for years and you helped me overcome.  Your office was the most kind of all the medical staff I’ve experienced since moving to Germany.  It’s very hard managing the different culture and bedside manners I’m accustomed to in the States.   I’ve experienced less sensitivity and minimal tolerance for one’s health concerns.  My surgery concerned me quite a bit and your office made me feel very comfortable with the procedure.  You made me feel like you genuinely cared about my health.
